Michael Andrews
Ayoola Oluga

Ayoola is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years experience. A first Class graduate of Economics from Babcock University, Ayoola also has a Masters Degree in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter. He has worked in different areas including banking, financial advisory, asset management, procurement and logistics, business operations and compliance.

Co-founder/Head, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

Ajibola is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Abuja, an experienced Business Development and Product Management Executive, an entrepreneurial spirited, pioneering technologist with 8+ years of experience identifying, building consensus for, and implementing enabling technologies and enterprise systems that facilitate business processes and strategic objectives. A powerful blend of technology vision and business acumen results in consistent development of powerful business strategies supported by cost-effective, high-performance IT infrastructures and applications. He has worked and consulted for several organizations.

Osho Akinbolawa
Non-Executive Director/Advisor

Osho Akinbolawa is a retired Director from the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Osho spent 30years in the Federal Civil Service with more than 20years in the Fertilizer Development now referred to as the Farm Input Support Services (FISS). From 2011 to 2014 Osho worked closely with the current President of the African Development Bank Akinwunmi Adesina, a former Minister of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to implement the Growth Enhancement Support (GES) scheme.

Dr. Oluwasina Gbenga Olabanji

Dr. Oluwasina Gbenga Olabanji is a Research Scientist who has served with the Lake Chad Research Institute from 1988 till date. He became the Executive Director of the institute in 2012 and served in that capacity till 2017. He was appointed the team leader of Wheat Value Chain in Nigeria in 2013 by the then Honourable Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina (current President of African Development Bank). He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University with a degree in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agronomy in 2001. He is presently a director at the Lake Chad Research Institute liaison office, Abuja
